  • How is your “Vegan” gift package dairy-free?
    • We use coconut milk in place of the pasteurized milk, pasteurized eggs, and pasteurized cream.
  • What if I have a peanut allergy, can I still enjoy your ice cream?
    • While we offer non-peanut flavors, and do our very best to ensure there isn’t any cross-contamination, please note that all of our flavors are manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, egg, wheat, and dairy based ingredients.
  • Do you offer any sugar-free flavors in your packages?
    • Unfortunately, not at this time. We are working on it!
  • Are any of your packages gluten-free?
    • Yes, every gift package is gluten-free!
  • How exactly do you ship the ice cream?
    • It’s pretty simple! 1. You submit your order and choose between Priority Overnight and Standard Overnight shipping options. 2. The Millie’s team packs your Gift Package in a Styrofoam cooler full of dry ice. 3. Your order is shipped to any address that you desire.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    • Shipping costs will vary depending upon your “ship to” address. You will see the shipping cost once an address is entered and the shipping option is chosen.
  • What days do you deliver?
    • We currently offer delivery Tuesday through Friday.
  • Can you guarantee the package will deliver before Thanksgiving/Christmas?
    • Orders must be placed by Saturday, November 19th, in order to arrive by Thanksgiving, and Monday, December 20th, in order to arrive by Christmas.
  • Where can you ship?
    • We can ship anywhere in the USA.
  • How long does the shipping take after my order is placed?
    • Please allow at least 72 hours for processing after the order is placed. 
    • *Orders place on Monday: Delivery date is Thursday
    • *Orders placed on Tuesday: Delivery date is Friday
    • *Orders placed Wednesday-Saturday: Delivery date is Tuesday (following week)
    • *Orders placed on Sunday: Delivery date is Wednesday (following week)
  • Will I receive a tracking number?
    • Yes! We will send the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped. We are counting on you to watch the tracking closely so that you may inform your recipient(s) of the delivery date as soon as possible.
  • Can I place an order for more than 1 Gift Package?
    • Absolutely, as long as the gift package is going to the same address. If you are shipping to different addresses, please place each order separately.
  • Does the recipient(s) have to be home when the ice cream is delivered?
    • While we highly recommend only choosing a delivery date that ensures your recipient(s) will be home, the package will still be delivered. Our dry ice will keep the ice cream cold for up to 12 hours after delivery, but we wouldn’t suggest letting it sit outside any longer.
  • Can I add a personalized message in the Gift Package?
    • Yes! There is an option to add a personalized message at check-out.
